The Summer Reading Program has begun at the library, and we have 20 wonderful teens signed up to participate!  If you haven't signed up but would like to, see me at the library as soon as possible!!
If you have signed up, start reading!!  Don't forget to write down your books and earn tickets for prizes.
Our first event, Ghost Stories with Granny Sue, was last night, July 3, at the library.  It was a small group, but the stories and ballads were wonderful.  Thanks, Granny Sue!
Our next event, a Teen Safety Program with Sheriff Shambaugh, will be next Friday night, July 13th, 7 pm at the library.  Please sign up with me if you plan to attend!  It should be a very important event that will benefit all of our teens. 
The 3rd event, Stargazing at the Morgan County Observatory, will be on Friday, July 20th, at 8 pm.  I need to have a list of participants as soon as possible, as we will be making a T-shirt prior to this event, and I must order them to arrive in plenty of time.  This is going to be a very informative and fun event, with Kevin Boles planning an activity and discussion prior to the public Star Party.
